PTP- Process Lead

A leading global organisation is seeking a Procure to Pay Process Lead to join their team in a fully remote capacity. This role offers you the opportunity to make a significant impact by driving process excellence, automation, and continuous improvement across international business units. As Procure to Pay Process Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of business operations by fostering collaboration across multiple departments. Your day-to-day activities will involve partnering with various teams to streamline workflows, automate tasks, and introduce innovative solutions that enhance productivity. Key duties include: Build strong business partnerships with Global Business Services, Supply Chain, Commercial Teams, and other key stakeholders across the organisation. Propose and implement process simplification, automation, and innovation initiatives aligned with global functions and business objectives. Monitor key performance indicators from Shared Services Centres and retained organisations to assess process quality and productivity for major projects. Support Shared Services Centres and country teams in resolving complex issues within the Order to Cash area. Align common goals between Global Business Services and business units while standardising processes for greater efficiency.
