Job description: Role Title: PTC Thingworx AMS Engineer (2 openings) Minimum years of experience: 5+ years Job Summary Seeking a skilled PTC ThingWorx Developer with 5-8 years of experience in ThingWorx application development, enhancement, support, and maintenance. The candidate should have strong expertise in developing IIoT solutions, troubleshooting production issues, integrating industrial devices, and supporting enterprise-scale ThingWorx applications. Exposure to ThingWorx Navigate, Kepware, and manufacturing solutions is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain ThingWorx applications, Mashups, Services, Data Shapes, Events, and Subscriptions. Develop and support integrations using REST APIs, SQL databases, and external enterprise systems. Provide L1/L2/L3 support, incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), and performance optimization. Manage application deployments, releases, upgrades, and environment support across Dev, QA, and Production. Configure and troubleshoot user access, security, monitoring, and application health. Support industrial connectivity using Kepware, OPC-UA, MQTT and PLC integrations. Collaborate with business, manufacturing, and cross-functional teams for new enhancements and issue resolution.
