This is a hands-on delivery role for someone who understands the fitness and personal training sector and can confidently teach, assess and support learners through their Level 3 Personal Training qualification. As this is a new qualification, we are looking for someone who can bring strong technical knowledge, structure and practical delivery experience from the beginning. The role will be aligned to our QCCI framework , meaning delivery must be Quality led, Compliant, Commercial and Impactful .
