This is a hands-on delivery role for someone who understands the fitness and personal training sector and can confidently teach, assess and support learners through their Level 3 Personal Training qualification. As this is a new qualification, we are looking for someone who can bring strong technical knowledge, structure and practical delivery experience from the beginning. The role will be aligned to our QCCI framework, meaning delivery must be Quality led, Compliant, Commercial and Impactful.
