Level 3 Personal Training Tutor We are looking for an experienced Level 3 Personal Training Tutor to support the delivery and assessment of a new Personal Training qualification on a freelance contract basis. This is a hands-on delivery role for someone who understands the fitness and personal training sector and can confidently teach, assess and support learners through their Level 3 Personal Training qualification. As this is a new qualification, we are looking for someone who can bring strong technical knowledge, structure and practical delivery experience from the beginning. The role will be aligned to our QCCI framework, meaning delivery must be Quality led, Compliant, Commercial and Impactful. Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging and effective Level 3 Personal Training training sessions. Assess learner work in line with awarding body and internal quality requirements. Provide clear, constructive feedback to support learner progress and achievement. Support learners to complete their qualification within planned timescales. Review and contribute to teaching, learning and assessment materials where required. Maintain accurate learner records, assessment documentation and compliance paperwork. Work closely with curriculum, quality and operations teams to maintain high standards of delivery. Participate in standardisation and continuous improvement activity.
