Our clients are mainly private individuals or small businesses who want to develop innovative technology.- We first check for viability and then design and make prototypes. We then often assist with intellectual property protection. We also do low volume manufacturing for some clients and manage ecommerce. That involves creating a website, setting up on platforms such as Ebay, Etsy and Amazon, logos and packaging design. We have a website and Facebook & TikTok pages.- New clients mainly respond to our advert on Google Ads. One thing we are not presently doing very much of is promoting the business through social media.- So the main task will be to manage that and build it up. A secondary aspect would be to contact leads by telephone.- Our system sends out automatic chase ups but we do not presently follow up with phone calls.
