Title: Part time Accounts AssistantLocation: Widnes (WA8 7QF)Salary: 15.59 per hourShifts: Monday- Friday (4 hours per day)Contract Type: PermanentWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Part time Accounts Assistant for our client a leading manufacturer of high-performance water treatment and process chemicals.Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be working within a small team covering all aspects of purchase ledger as well as other duties which include credit control.As a Part time Accounts Assistant your duties will be: -" Receiving invoices." Sending invoices out for authorisation." Posting invoices to the relevant nominal account." Reconciling statements." Processing two payment runs per month." Allocating and posting cash daily." Chasing overdue accounts." Ordering stationary." Weekly processing of clock card.The successful Part time Accounts Assistant will have the following skills: -" Must have worked within a similar role previously." Ability to pick up tasks quickly and efficiently." Work well as part of a team and happy to conduct other duties where necessary." Strong organisational and communication skills." Good attention to detail." Computer literate.Additional Information" 25 days annual leave (increases 1 day per year up to 5 years) plus bank holidays." Death in Service x 6 times salary."
