This is a wonderful opportunity to inspire students across Key Stage 5 (aged 16-18) to delve into the fascinating world of human behaviour and cognition. What you''ll be doing: You''ll be designing and delivering captivating Psychology lessons, covering various approaches and methodologies. It''s about guiding students through key psychological theories, research methods, and ethical considerations, fostering critical thinking and analytical skills. You''ll cultivate a stimulating and inclusive classroom where students feel empowered to discuss complex ideas, debate research findings, and apply psychological concepts to real-world scenarios. What we''re looking for: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent with a specialism in Psychology or a closely related field. Experience teaching engaging and effective Psychology lessons at Key Stage 5 is highly desirable. A deep and current understanding of psychological theories and research, plus that unique ability to make the subject accessible and relevant.
