Psychology Teacher

Veritas Education is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Psychology Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive secondary school in the Kirklees area. This is a part-time position, working three days per week, with an immediate start available for the right candidate.This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate educator to inspire students and deliver engaging Psychology lessons at Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5 within a well-established department.The RoleAs a Psychology Teacher, you will:Plan and deliver high-quality Psychology lessons that engage and challenge students.Teach Psychology across KS4 and KS5.Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.Monitor, assess and report on student progress.Support students to achieve their academic potential.Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to departmental success.The Ideal CandidateThe successful candidate will:Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), PGCE or an equivalent teaching qualification.Have experience teaching Psychology in a secondary school setting.Demonstrate excellent classroom management skills.Be passionate about raising attainment and student outcomes.Possess strong communication and organisational skills.Be able to provide references covering the last two years.Applications from experienced teachers and ECTs with relevant Psychology teaching experience are welcomed.Why Work Through Veritas Education?Paid to scale from day one.Dedicated specialist education consultants.Opportunities for ..... full job details .....
