A popular and well-regarded secondary school in Sittingbourne, part of the Swale area, is seeking an exceptional Psychology Teacher to join their team from September 2025 until the end of the academic year on a fixed-term contract.
Position Details:
- Role: Psychology Teacher
- Contract: Fixed-term (Sept 2025 andndash; July 2026)
- Location: Sittingbourne, Swale
- Salary: andpound;30,000 andndash; andpound;46,525 per annum (depending on experience)
- Hours: Full-time
- Deliver dynamic and engaging Psychology lessons to KS4 and KS5 students.
- Create a classroom environment where curiosity thrives and students feel inspired to explore the human mind.
- Assess, monitor, and support student progress with a commitment to academic excellence and individual development.
- Tailor your teaching to meet the diverse needs of learners, promoting both understanding and enthusiasm.
- Encourage students'' personal growth, self-belief, and interest in psychology careers.
- Collaborate with a passionate department and contribute meaningfully to the school community.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- A degree in Psychology or a related field.

- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
