Are you a passionate and dedicated Psychology Teacher looking for your next opportunity? Supply Desk is seeking an enthusiastic teacher to join a welcoming and ambitious secondary school in Bushey.

This is an exciting full-time opportunity to teach Psychology in a supportive department, inspiring students and helping them develop a deeper understanding of human behaviour while achieving their full academic potential. The role is initially until Christmas 2026, with the opportunity to become temp-to-perm for the right candidate.

As a Psychology Teacher, you will:

• Deliver engaging and thought-provoking Psychology lessons, primarily at Key Stage 5.
• Plan and deliver lessons in line with departmental schemes of work and examination board specifications.
• Monitor, assess and support student progress, providing clear and constructive feedback.
• Mark and assess students'' work accurately and in a timely manner.
• Create a positive, inclusive and stimulating learning environment that encourages curiosity and independent thinking.
• Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all students, enabling every learner to succeed.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards of teaching and learning.
• Contribute to the wider life of the school and support departmental enrichment opportunities where appropriate.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
• Experience teaching Psychology at secondary level, ideally including A Level.

• The ability to motivate and challenge students to achieve their full potential.
