Your responsibilities will include: Tailored Support: Assisting in the delivery of personalised teaching, working with students individually or in small groups. Engaging Sensory Work: Supporting pupils in sensory activities that promote engagement and development. Resource Preparation: Helping to prepare resources and materials that enhance learning experiences. Feedback and Communication: Providing insightful feedback to teachers and parents about student progress and engagement.
