Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant Solihull Hours: 8:30am 3:30pm, Monday to Friday Are you a Psychology Graduate or have you studied a related degree? Are you passionate about supporting children and young people with additional needs? Are you looking for a rewarding and challenging role where you can make a genuine difference to pupils'' lives? Teaching Personnel are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic and compassionate Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant to join a specialist school in Solihull. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8:30am 3:30pm, supporting pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs (SEN) both on a 1:1 basis and in small groups. The school provides a supportive and inclusive learning environment for children and young people with a range of additional needs, including autism, learning difficulties and social, emotional and behavioural needs. Some pupils may also require support with personal care, so candidates should be comfortable and willing to assist with this aspect of the role where required. This position would be particularly well suited to a Psychology Graduate looking to gain valuable experience working with children with additional needs and develop their understanding of child development, behaviour and SEN.
