This position would be particularly well suited to a psychology graduate looking to gain valuable hands-on SEN experience before progressing into a career in educational psychology, clinical psychology, speech and language therapy, occupational therapy or teaching.

As a Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside experienced teachers and specialist staff, providing tailored 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with a range of additional needs. You will play an important role in helping pupils engage with their learning, build confidence and develop their communication and social skills.
