Psychology Graduate TA:Location - BurnleyPay - 475- 550 per week, depending on experienceStart Date - 16/03/2026, or ASAPContract Type - Temp to PermAre you a recent Psychology graduate looking to pursue a career in education? We are currently working with a large SEN provision to recruit for Learning Support Assistants on a temp to perm basis. Role Responsibilities:Support pupils on a 1:1 basis, and in small groups to encourage academic and emotional developmentBuild rapport with students, parents and other staff membersPrepare and implement learning resources alongside the class teacherRole Requirements:A recent degree or masters in PsychologyUp to date Safeguarding training within the last year (desired but training can be provided)Previous experience supporting complex needs is desired but not essentialTo Be Eligible You Must:Hold the Right to Work in the UKHave an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service (or be willing to apply)Be able to provide two professional child-related references Please submit your up-to-date CV to be considered.
