Psychology Graduate SEN Teaching AssistantWorking Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm - term-time only. Location: Meldreth, HertfordshirePay: £100-£115 per day. We are seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate Psychology Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a specialist education setting in Meldreth. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience supporting pupils with autism (ASC), ADHD, speech and language difficulties, learning disabilities and social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs. Working alongside experienced teachers, therapists and SEN professionals, you will play a vital role in helping students develop academically, socially and emotionally within a safe, nurturing and inclusive environment. Key ResponsibilitiesProvide one-to-one and small group support to pupils with additional learning needs.Assist teachers in delivering engaging, personalised learning activities.Promote positive behaviour using patient, consistent and therapeutic approaches.Support pupils'' communication, emotional regulation and social development.Encourage independence, confidence and participation both inside and outside the classroom.Work ..... full job details .....
