Key Responsibilities

  • Support pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), speech and language needs, and additional learning needs.

  • Encourage pupils'' emotional, social, and academic development.

  • A degree in Psychology or a related subject.
  • Previous experience working with children or within an SEN setting (preferred but not essential).
  • Knowledge or experience supporting children with ASD and speech and language needs (desirable).
  • A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A positive attitude and genuine passion for helping children succeed.
  • Reliability, flexibility, and a willingness to learn.
