This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent Psychology graduate to apply their academic knowledge within a practical educational environment.As a Psychology Graduate, you will support pupils who may have a range of additional needs, including autism, ADHD, learning difficulties, communication needs, and social or emotional challenges.As a Psychology Graduate, your responsibilities will include:Providing 1:1 and small group supportSupporting pupils with learning, communication, and social developmentBuilding positive relationships with children and young peopleHelping pupils manage emotions and develop coping strategiesSupporting positive behaviour and emotional regulationAssisting with personalised learning and behaviour strategiesEncouraging independence and confidenceCreating a structured and inclusive learning environmentThe ideal Psychology Graduate will be passionate about working with children and young people and keen to develop their understanding of SEN and behaviour.
