Your Role:

As a Psychology Graduate Intervention Assistant, you will:

• Provide 1:1 and small group interventions, tailored to pupils'' academic, emotional, or behavioural needs.
• Support inclusive learning by adapting lesson materials and creating a safe, engaging environment.
• Monitor progress and collaborate with the class teacher and SENCO to review strategies.
• Offer emotional and social support, helping students in Slough schools build confidence and resilience.
• Communicate effectively with staff and parents to ensure consistent, holistic support.
