We are seeking Academically strong graduates and aspiring Clinical and Child Psychologists, to help support students with SEND/SEMH in schools across London The Role as a Psychology Graduate Assistant: Work as a Psychology Graduate Assistant supporting students with SEN/SEMH in their academic, social and emotional development Provide 1:1 and small group interventions to pupils and support those who require additional support Assist with lesson preparation, classroom management, and learning resources Ensure student welfare and safeguarding is maintained Support class teachers and other staff members with behaviour management Opportunities to work in specialist SEN classrooms in some schools What Schools Look For: Academically strong graduates with a genuine passion for education Undergraduate Degree in Psychology or similar subject Excellent results across GCSE and A Level Strong communication and interpersonal skills Previous experience with young people in any setting is beneficial Experience supporting young people with SEN/SEMH is highly desirable Resilient, proactive, and eager to learn in a Psychology Graduate Assistant role What The Role Can Offer ..... full job details .....
