The Role: Providing 1:1 and small-group support Supporting pupils with SEND and SEMH needs Helping children develop emotional regulation strategies Supporting classroom learning and targeted interventions Building positive and trusting relationships with pupils Supporting behaviour and engagement Working alongside teachers and SENCOs Encouraging independence, confidence and resilience Monitoring and feeding back on pupil progress We''re Looking For: Degree in Psychology, Child Psychology or a related subject Genuine interest in working with children Passion for SEND and inclusive education Patient, empathetic and resilient approach Strong communication skills ..... full job details .....
