A Secondary SEN School in Reading is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psychology Graduate to join their team. This role is ideal for Psychology graduates looking to gain hands-on experience before pursuing a career in Educational Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Counselling, Therapy, or Education.

As a Psychology Graduate, you will:

• Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with a range of special educational needs.
• Support students with their academic, social, emotional, and behavioural development.
• Help students build confidence, independence, and positive engagement with learning.
• Work closely with teachers and support staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

We''re looking for a Psychology Graduate who is:

• Pay: -93110 per day
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm
• Contract: Full-time
