Salary: -22,996 - -25,068 per annum (actual salary, dependent on experience and qualifications)
Hours: Full Time | Term Time Only | Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm (40 hours per week)
Contract: Temporary to Permanent

You''ll become part of a specialist multidisciplinary team supporting children and young people with complex additional needs, helping them build confidence, independence and essential life skills both inside and outside the classroom.

Your Role
As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you''ll work closely with teachers and therapists to deliver tailored support that enables every student to engage, progress and succeed.
You''ll be responsible for:
Supporting learning in the classroom and across the wider school environment
Encouraging communication, emotional regulation and social development
Assisting with personalised learning programmes
Supporting outdoor learning and community-based activities
Promoting independence and everyday life skills
Building positive relationships with students and their families
Providing personal care and physical support where required
Creating a safe, positive and inclusive learning environment
