The Role andndash; Psychology andamp; Sociology Teacher
- Teach inspiring, inclusive lessons in Psychology and Sociology at KS4 and KS5
- Take on full teaching responsibilities, including planning, assessment, and pastoral duties
- Collaborate with colleagues to drive departmental improvement and student success
- Adapt and differentiate lessons to meet the diverse needs of learners
- Contribute to a positive school culture and uphold high standards of teaching and learning
- For experienced teachers: take on additional responsibilities with TLR to shape curriculum and mentor others
Person Specification
- Holds UK QTS (or in the process of obtaining it)
- Degree in Psychology, Sociology, or a closely related subject
- Demonstrates strong classroom practice and a passion for Social Sciences
- Committed to inclusive teaching and making learning engaging for all students
- A team player with a proactive mindset and excellent communication skills
- Eager to grow professionally and contribute to the wider school community
