HGV Technicians will also be considered. Pay Rates Basic rate: £20.11 per hour. Monday–Friday overtime: £25.13 per hour. Weekend overtime: £30.16 per hour. An additional £2 per hour across all rates is available for candidates who hold a Level 3 qualification, are an IMI member and pass the technician test. Working Hours: Rotating early and late shifts, working 5 days out of 7, including weekends. The PSV Technician Role Carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs on PSV vehicles. Diagnose and rectify mechanical faults. Complete inspections and preventative maintenance. Ensure vehicles are maintained to a safe and roadworthy standard. Work effectively as part of a team. Requirements Previous experience as a PSV Technician or HGV Technician. Strong mechanical and fault-finding skills. A team-player attitude.
