PSI Lead CBT Therapist - DAWS (Hammersmith and Fulham)

As our PSI Lead/CBT Therapist, you will lead the delivery of high-quality psycho-social interventions within a trauma-informed, psychologically informed and recovery-focused framework. You will offer evidence-based group psychosocial interventions and 1:1 CBT interventions. You will also offer cognitive-behavioural formulation and perspectives on client treatment during case consultations and team meetings. You will play a key role in training, coaching and supervising other staff in the delivery of CBT and group psychosocial interventions and in ensuring people accessing our services receive effective support while creating development opportunities for staff in our services.
