PSI Group Recovery Worker

Job Introduction We have an exciting opportunity to support the delivery of our psychosocial interventions (PSI) groupwork programme. As a groupworker within Horizons Specialist Drug and Alcohol Service, you''ll make a real difference to people''s lives as you empower and enable people to make changes around their drug or alcohol use. You''ll support the implementation of the psychosocial group interventions programme, under the direction of the groupwork and psychological leads. The Horizons groupwork team is based in our central Bristol hub, and you will be responsible for facilitating groups across Horizons north, south, and central hubs. Passionate about people, you''ll be supported to make the role your own as part of Horizons multidisciplinary organisation, working alongside clinicians, recovery practitioners and peer mentors. We value individual creativity and initiative and, whatever your role, you will be fully involved in identifying opportunities to improve the quality of our services and the service user experience. Your ideas will be listened to, and your suggestions implemented wherever possible. You will be supported in your role by extensive training to help develop your skills.
