Tradewind Recruitment are currently recruiting for a dedicated and resilient PSHE and English Teacher to join a specialist alternative provision in North London supporting secondary-aged students who are unable to access mainstream education.This role places a strong emphasis on PSHE, helping students develop the personal, social, and emotional skills needed to succeed both in education and beyond. You will also support the delivery of English lessons, helping students improve their literacy, communication, and confidence.This is a rewarding opportunity for a teacher who is passionate about supporting vulnerable young people and re-engaging students who may have experienced barriers to education.The RoleYou will teach students aged 11-16 in small classes, many of whom may have Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, behavioural challenges, or disrupted educational backgrounds.
