Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver high-quality PSHE lessons tailored to individual needs Support students with social, emotional, and behavioural challenges Build strong, positive relationships to encourage engagement and progress Promote wellbeing, resilience, and personal development Work collaboratively with staff, families, and external agencies Contribute to a safe, inclusive and supportive learning environment Requirements Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification (desirable but not essential for experienced candidates) Experience working with young people in alternative provisions, PRUs, SEN settings or similar Strong behaviour management skills and a calm, empathetic approach Passion for supporting vulnerable learners Ability to adapt ..... full job details .....
