Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver high-quality PSHE lessons tailored to individual needs
- Support students with social, emotional, and behavioural challenges
- Build strong, positive relationships to encourage engagement and progress
- Promote wellbeing, resilience, and personal development
- Work collaboratively with staff, families, and external agencies
- Contribute to a safe, inclusive and supportive learning environment

Requirements

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification (desirable but not essential for experienced candidates)
- Experience working with young people in alternative provisions, PRUs, SEN settings or similar
- Strong behaviour management skills and a calm, empathetic approach
- Passion for supporting vulnerable learners
- Ability to adapt teaching styles to meet diverse needs
