As a Prudential Risk Manager in Challenger Banking, you''ll oversee and manage risk frameworks (specifically ICAAP, RRP) to ensure regulatory compliance and operational efficiency. Your role will focus on identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks to support the organisation''s financial stability and strategic goals. Description Prudential Risk Manager Maintain and enhance the prudential risk framework to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements - own ICAAP and RRP. Access constantly to C-Suite level, so excellent communications skills. Monitor and assess the organisation''s risk exposures, offering actionable insights for mitigation (e.g. some horizon scanning/basel 3.1). Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports for senior stakeholders and regulatory bodies. Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment with risk management policies (e.g. help with ILAAP - not essential to have owned before). Conduct stress testing and scenario analysis to evaluate potential impacts on the organisation. Stay updated on regulatory changes and provide recommendations for necessary adjustments.
