This role involves working with students with social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs within a Pupil Referral Unit environment, delivering engaging and differentiated lessons while providing consistent behavioural and emotional support. The successful candidate will be confident managing challenging behaviour, building positive relationships with students and creating a safe, structured and supportive learning environment that promotes both academic and personal development.
