PRU Teacher – Waltham Forest

Salary: £150 – £220 per day (dependent on experience)
Contract: Full-time | Long-term

GSL Education is recruiting a PRU Teacher to join a Pupil Referral Unit in Waltham Forest. The role involves teaching pupils who have been excluded from mainstream education, with a focus on re-engagement and positive behaviour support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging lessons tailored to each pupil’s needs.

• Implement effective behaviour management strategies.

• Build positive relationships to support academic and personal growth.

• Work closely with TAs and pastoral teams.

Requirements:

• QTS or equivalent.

• Experience in PRUs or alternative provisions desirable.

• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
