The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) to overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential. As an SEN Mentor, you will work closely with students, teachers, and support staff to create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment. Your primary focus will be to provide personalised support and guidance to students, helping them develop the skills and confidence necessary to thrive in their educational journey.
