Key Responsibilities Assess housing needs and suitability of accommodation. Make Private Rented Sector Offers (PRSOs) in line with housing legislation. Complete affordability and income assessments. Manage a caseload of homelessness applications. Prepare decision letters and statutory notifications. Work closely with landlords, agents and partner organisations. Conduct property and customer visits when required. Maintain accurate records and case notes. Support vulnerable customers and manage complex cases. About You Experience working in homelessness, housing options or a similar housing service. Strong knowledge of homelessness legislation and PRSO processes.
