This is an excellent opportunity for a housing professional with experience within the Private Rented Sector to take on a varied role, supporting the effective management and delivery of housing services. Key Responsibilities   Manage a portfolio of properties and tenancies within the Private Rented Sector.   Liaise with tenants, landlords, contractors and other stakeholders.   Support the delivery of effective tenancy and property management services.   Monitor property standards, compliance and tenancy conditions.   Manage and resolve tenancy-related issues and queries.
