Reporting to the Senior Technician (Production Team Lead), you will play a pivotal role in maintaining quality standards and ensuring the smooth flow of work through Production. You will support prototype builds in a fast-paced RandD environment, with the scope to write SOPs as required. What You''ll Do Undertake soldering, crimping, mechanical assemblies and cable assemblies to IPC-A-610C company standards Assemble mechanical and electromechanical components from engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructions Carry out prototype wiring, including crimping, cable routing, and harness assembly Build and modify prototypes in a fast-paced RandD environment Interpret wiring diagrams, technical drawings, and bills of materials (BOMs) Perform rework and design changes as required during development stages Conduct basic inspection and testing, ensuring all work meets IPC-A-610 and IPC-A-620 standards Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve build and design issues ..... full job details .....
