The successful candidate will manage around fifteen direct reports, all of whom are office based. The team are a mix of highly experienced long tenure individuals and others who are in the first couple of years within their employment with the client. Each will require the support, development and performance management skills of an experienced leader to maximise their own potential and support the delivery of the companies'' objectives.
