Working at the heart of the Philanthropy and Partnerships team, you''ll establish systems, processes and best practice that will help drive sustainable income growth and strengthen engagement with high-value supporters for years to come. You will also lead on prospect identification, due diligence and insight gathering, providing high-quality research and intelligence that informs fundraising strategy and supports engagement with high-value prospects. This will see you produce tailored briefings and reports for senior stakeholders, including the CEO and Director of Income and Engagement, while helping to establish best practice in prospect research across the organisation. To be successful as the role of Prospect Research Manager you will need: Experience delivering prospect research within a fundraising or similar environment.
