Contract: Part-time, 3 days per week (0.6 FTE), fixed-term for 12 months Salary: £24,310.80-£28,426.20 per annum for 3 days per week (full-time equivalent: £40,518-£47,377) Closing date: 2 November 2026 Interviews: Week commencing 9 November 2026 Centrepoint, the UK''s leading youth homelessness charity, is looking for a Prospect Development Manager to join our Relationship Fundraising team based in London, Aldgate East. About us We help vulnerable young people by giving them the practical and emotional support they need to find a job and live independently. Centrepoint provides homeless young people with accommodation, health support and life skills in order to get them back into education, training and employment. We want to end youth homelessness by 2037. Together with our partners, we support over 16,000 young people each year. Our Relationship Fundraising team manages high-value giving across Trusts and Statutory, Philanthropy and Corporate Partnerships. As our first dedicated Prospect Development Manager, you''ll provide high-quality research and insight to help fundraisers prioritise approaches, identify routes into new donors and manage their pipelines more effectively. You''ll work with the Senior Trust and Statutory Fundraising Manager to agree clear priorities and a realistic delivery plan.
