THE ROLE :   This is a great opportunity for an experienced Proposals Manager / Bid Manager to lead the development and delivery of high-quality bids across Rail, Highways, Energy and Nuclear. You’ll manage the full bid lifecycle, working with technical, commercial and operational teams to produce compelling, compliant and competitive submissions that support business growth.
