Proposals Manager

An established and growing main contractor is seeking an experienced and highly organised Proposals Manager to lead the production of high-quality, compelling bid submissions across a diverse portfolio of projects across Cat A and Cat B fit out.You will be reporting into the Pre Construction Director and taking ownership of the end-to-end bid process, managing multiple tender submissions, developing bid winning strategies, create engaging submission documents. The client is looking for someone who can work with stakeholders across the business, able to take ownership and think strategically.Proposals Manager roles and responsibilitiesManaging the end-to-end bid and proposal process from PQQ/RFI through to final tender submissionCoordinating multidisciplinary bid teams including estimators, planners, design managers, commercial teams and operational leadsLeading tender planning meetings and maintaining bid programmes and submission deadlinesWriting, editing and reviewing high-quality proposal contentDeveloping compelling responses for quality questions, methodology statements and technical submissionsEnsuring submissions align with client requirements, scoring criteria and framework standardsManaging bid documentation, formatting, branding and presentation qualityCoordinating input from supply chain partners and subcontractorsWorking closely with operational teams to capture project delivery strategies and technical solutionsManaging portal uploads and electronic tender ..... full job details .....
