Manage the transition phase, coordinating early contractor involvement (ECI), buildability feedback, and value engineering workshops with the client. Oversee open-book build-ups, subcontractor package procurement, and final contract sum negotiations to convert the PCSA into a main works contract. Run end-to-end bid calendars, lead kick-off meetings, assign deliverables, and ensure compliance with client briefs. Interface regularly with estimators, planners, commercial leads, and external supply chains.
