Due to continued growth, WES, part of the RSE Group, is looking for a Proposals Engineer to join us on a permanent basis at our Basingstoke office. Working as part of the Proposals team, this role will support the development and preparation of technically compliant and commercially competitive proposals and tenders for chemical dosing solutions across the water and utilities sectors. The Proposals Engineer will work closely with clients and internal teams including Project Delivery, Engineering, Production and Site Operations to understand project requirements, develop appropriate technical solutions and prepare accurate costings and proposal documentation. The role will support opportunities from initial enquiry through the pre-contract process to successful handover, ensuring proposals are practical, deliverable and aligned with client specifications and WES standards.
