Bid and Proposal Engineer An established engineering and technology business operating within the offshore energy sector is seeking an experienced Bid and Proposal Engineer to support its continued growth across global markets. This is a key commercial role focused on managing the end-to-end bid process, coordinating technical and commercial submissions, and delivering high-quality proposals that convert opportunities into secured projects. The successful candidate will work closely with engineering, commercial, finance, and operational teams to support business development activities worldwide. Key Responsibilities Bid Management Manage the full bid lifecycle from qualification through to submission. Coordinate contributions from engineering, finance, legal, supply chain, and commercial teams. Review RFQs, ITTs, and tender documentation to identify customer requirements and key evaluation criteria. Maintain bid schedules and ensure all submissions meet deadlines. Support customer registration and pre-qualification processes. Proposal Development Prepare, write, and review technical and commercial proposals. Develop pricing models and commercial offers in collaboration with senior stakeholders. Ensure submissions are accurate, compliant, and commercially competitive.
