Hydrasun is seeking a commercially minded Proposal Engineer to join our Glasgow team, supporting the growth of our System Build business through the development of technical and commercial proposals for complex panel builds and modular assemblies. This is a role that sits at the heart of project success, combining engineering knowledge, commercial awareness and customer engagement. You''ll work closely with customers, suppliers, engineering teams and operational departments to develop solutions that are technically robust, commercially competitive and deliverable. What You''ll Be Doing Supporting the Sales team during opportunity development and tendering activities. Reviewing customer enquiries, specifications, drawings and commercial requirements. Preparing technical and commercial proposals for panel build and modular assembly projects. Producing accurate cost estimates, delivery schedules and resource plans. Working with Engineering, Operations and Supply Chain teams to ensure technical feasibility and delivery commitments can be achieved.
