Proposals Engineer and Documentation Engineer

We are recruiting for a Technical Proposals and Documentation Engineer to join a growing engineering business. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised technical professional who enjoys working with engineering documentation, proposals, estimating, compliance, and process improvement.The RoleWorking closely with sales, engineering, and operational teams, you will play a key role in ensuring technical information is accurately translated into professional proposals, reports, and business documentation.Key responsibilities include:The Proposals and Documentation Engineer will be producing detailed technical proposals, quotations, and cost estimates for bespoke engineering projects.Collaborating with sales and engineering teams to develop customer-focused technical solutions.Preparing high-quality technical reports and compliance documentation.Creating and maintaining Risk Assessments, Method Statements (RAMS), and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Managing project documentation and maintaining accurate records through ERP and business systems.Supporting the standardisation and continuous improvement of internal documentation processes.The Proposals and Documentation Engineer will be acting as a key link between sales, design, manufacturing, and installation teams to ensure accurate project information is communicated throughout the project lifecycle.Supporting quality and compliance requirements through accurate and professional documentation.About YouThe ..... full job details .....
