Proposals Coordinator

As the Proposals Coordinator, you will oversee the complete tender and proposal process, coordinating cross-functional teams to develop competitive, compliant, and compelling submissions that support the company''s growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end proposal and tender process.
• Review tender documents and develop bid strategies.
• Coordinate engineering, commercial, estimating, procurement, legal, HSE, and project teams.
• Prepare, review, and submit high-quality technical and commercial proposals.
• Ensure all submissions are accurate, compliant, and delivered on time.
• Manage proposal schedules, documentation, and version control.
• Identify commercial and technical risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Support client clarifications and post-submission activities.
• Drive continuous improvement of proposal processes and templates.

What We''re Looking For

• Bachelor''s degree in Engineering, Business, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years'' experience in proposal or bid management within the power, utilities, energy, infrastructure, or EPC sectors.
• Strong understanding of transmission, distribution, substations, or renewable energy projects.
• Excellent technical writing and communication skills.
• Strong organisational and project management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work collaboratively across departments.
• APMP certification is an advantage.
