Proposal Manager

We are working with a well-established wastewater treatment provider delivering engineered treatment solutions across the water, environmental, and industrial sectors nationwide. They are now seeking a Proposals Manager to lead the development of commercially focused, technically sound proposals and tenders, preferably based from Monmouth with remote working available. This is a senior role combining commercial leadership, solution design, tender governance, and technical coordination. You will manage the proposals, solutions, process, and laboratory functions, ensuring proposed solutions are practical, compliant, commercially viable, and aligned with operational delivery.
