A Snapshot of Your Day In this role within Siemens Energy''s High Voltage Products business, the focus is on preparing technically compliant and commercially competitive bids for the air and gas insulated switchgear and surge arrester portfolio. Working closely with factory offer teams, regional sales colleagues, and commercial and legal partners, the role supports customers across the energy value chain, including utilities, transmission operators, renewable developers, EPCs, and industrial customers. The position combines technical understanding, customer engagement, and commercial awareness to deliver high quality proposals that strengthen customer relationships and contribute to Siemens Energy''s continued success in the transmission and distribution market. How You''ll Make an Impact Work closely with factory sales and offer teams to prepare accurate, compliant, and competitive bids for high voltage products including AIS, GIS, and surge arresters. Collaborate with regional sales teams to understand customer requirements, market conditions, and competitive dynamics in order to shape winning proposals. Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers, internal stakeholders, factories, suppliers, and partners to support efficient bid development. Engage with legal and commercial colleagues to identify, assess, and mitigate contractual and commercial risks at the proposal stage.
